Santa Rosa is a high grown coffee from exceptional smallholder farms who work with Inaginsa, a second-generation, family owned and operated, Honduran coffee farm and exporter. Santa Rosa is washed and sun dried prior to roasting to enhance it's natural caramel, milk chocolate, raisin, honey, and sweet spice flavors.
